I just got a Monitor 3 and am thinking of getting the DataTrak kit. Has anyone figured out what the cable and SW interface is made up of? I have also thought of making my own cable and writing a program myself. Several people have contacted Uwatec offering to do ports to Windows, Mac and even the Amiga. Uwatec has no interest. You could probably slap a datascope between the cable and serial port and get info for reverse engineering but that would be both unethical and illegal. Perhaps the solution is to bang on Uwatec and U.S. Divers until satisfied.
